My Client, a fortune 500 bank, will have a need for 80 inbound customer service reps. This is a temporary position that will start either December or January and go until mid April.

The Representatives will be responsible for providing frontline call support for external/internal clients for calls related to tax reporting. There is a heavy inbound phone volume with considerable research in a call center environment. The individual should demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail.
